Site Plan / Drawing *
Required for all applications
A drawn plan is required. The Board cannot confirm your project meets HOA setback and placement rules from a written description alone. A hand drawn or printed sketch is fine, it does not need to be a professional survey. A written estimate or proposal from your builder that includes the build plan is acceptable too. Either way, it must show:
  • Your lot footprint with approximate property lines
  • Where your house sits on the lot
  • The location of the improvement, including its distance (setback) from the nearest property line
  • Distance from the improvement to your house and to any other existing structures or features already on the lot, such as a deck, shed, pool, driveway, or patio
  • Overall dimensions of the improvement itself: length, width, and height where applicable
Applications submitted without this information may be returned as incomplete, which will delay your 30 day review period.
